THE MISSION
Our goal for Let's BE Converts is to continue the Mission of Christ— "Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost" Matthew 28:19. We cannot say our goal is to be unconventional or conventional in following this great command. We are here just to do God's Will. Oftentimes ministries or endeavors for God are a rebuttal to our past issues and dislikes. Though there is nothing wrong with being a solution to what we consider problems; however, these solutions most times end up being our own and not God's.
We are absolutely committed to God's strategy and way of getting the job done. His plan/strategy is always better than ours, no matter how creative we can be or naturally talented. Let's Be Converts is here to do it God's way... not what culture, society or religion dictates. In all that we do, we want God's approval and anointing— "And it shall come to pass in that day, that his burden shall be taken away from off thy shoulder, and his yoke from off thy neck, and the yoke shall be destroyed because of the anointing" Isaiah 10:17. No matter what we do, it is not worth it without God's anointing. We can have events, our numbers can climb on social media, and we can be known, but if we do not have God's anointing, we would have done it all in vain. We must remember that our greatest goal as "strangers/pilgrims" in this land is pleasing God and making it into that final eternal rest—heaven. But while we are here, Let's BE Converts.
So as much as we can express our mission, it is simply to share God's word in its purest form, come together in unity and prayer, and to aid those who are willing to understand truly what it means to live a converted life in Christ. We are not here to just uplift. Believe it or not, The Gospel was not meant to just inspire. It was meant to bring every individual who comes in contact with The Gospel to a choice. What is that choice? It is either to live as God pleases or go the way of this world. To be more specific The Gospel has everything we need pertaining to this life and godliness—"According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue" 2 Peter 1:3. The Gospel is not to be a good story, fable, or just mere positivity. It is to bring us into the knowledge of Christ, instruct us in the way to come, and forewarn us of what is to come.
Let's Be Converts is God's invitation to you. Will you come?
